Working With Architects

Finding the right architect is as much about identifying the right personality as identifying one who specializes in the type of style you desire. It's for this reason that we maintain working relationships with a wide range of architects … each possessing different styles and personalities. We routinely assist our customers in identifying and interviewing for their projects to ensure they find the right blend of style and personality to make certain their project isn't just a success but was an enjoyable journey along the way.

Interior Design and Selections

For many, the Selections Process is the most difficult part of custom home building … but it doesn't have to be. Sarah Knicely heads up Interior Design and Selections Coordination here at Summit. With an undergraduate degree in Interior Design and years of experience working for flooring and cabinet suppliers, Sarah has the skill set to coordinate finishes as needed.
